Brockit Tickets is a service operated by Brock Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17335993, whose registered office is 28 Gainsborough Crescent, Henley-on-Thames, England, RG9 1TA. We operate textbrock.com and regattaexchange.com, together with an AI ticket matching service reachable on WhatsApp, by text message and through our website chat. Brock Technologies Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through these services.

By messaging us, you consent to us contacting you in future about Brockit Tickets and about events like the ones you have asked about — for example, when the same event comes round again the following year, or when tickets appear for something you asked for and could not get.
These messages will relate to the service or similar events, not unrelated marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing ben@textbrock.com. We will then stop future contact messages, though we may still send messages directly related to an active listing or request you have with us.
We share data only where necessary:

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can handle follow-ups or queries. Conversation and match records are typically kept for up to 2 years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

To exercise any of these rights, email ben@textbrock.com or message us on any channel. We will respond within one month. Deleting your data will remove your contact details from our system, though we cannot delete messages already sent to another user once contact details have been shared.
We use a small number of essential cookies and similar storage needed to operate the site — for example, remembering your cookie choice and keeping your chat session going. These are always active because the site does not work without them.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and shares data with Google. It is optional and off by default: it is not loaded at all unless you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner, and choosing "Reject" means no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will make the banner appear again.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you across other websites.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure cloud storage with access controls. No online service is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
