Brockit Tickets is a free introduction service operated by Brock Technologies Ltd. We match people who want tickets with people who have spare ones, across events throughout the UK. We do not sell tickets, take payments, or handle money between buyers and sellers, and we are not connected to any event, venue, promoter or official ticket seller.
Brockit Tickets ("we", "us", "our") runs an AI service that helps people buy and sell tickets to concerts, festivals, theatre, sport and other events. You message us — on WhatsApp, by text message, or through the chat on our website — and tell us what you are after or what you have spare. Our AI matches buyers with sellers, helps agree a price, and once both sides are happy, shares contact details so you can complete the sale directly between yourselves.
We cover a wide range of events and add more over time. Some events cannot be listed at all, either because the ticket issuer forbids transfer or because resale is restricted by law — football matches in England and Wales being the main example. Where that applies we will tell you rather than take the listing.
The service is completely free. We do not charge listing fees, buyer fees, or commission. We do not process payments for ticket sales.
Brockit Tickets is a service operated by Brock Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17335993, whose registered office is 28 Gainsborough Crescent, Henley-on-Thames, England, RG9 1TA. Our website is textbrock.com. We also operate regattaexchange.com, a site dedicated to Henley Royal Regatta; these Terms apply to that site too. For questions, contact us at ben@textbrock.com.
By messaging us, using our website, or otherwise using Brockit Tickets, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
By messaging us, you also consent to being contacted in future about the service and about events like the ones you have asked about. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by emailing ben@textbrock.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Brockit Tickets. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements with other users.
We are an introduction and matching service only. We are not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a seller. We do not own, create, or issue tickets. We do not guarantee that a match will be found, that a sale will complete, or that any ticket is valid.
Once you and another user agree a price, we share contact details so you can arrange payment and ticket delivery between yourselves. How you pay each other — bank transfer, cash, or any other method — is entirely up to you.
Brockit Tickets does not process, hold, or guarantee any payment for tickets. All payments for tickets are made directly between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for payment disputes, failed transfers, or refunds of ticket money.
From time to time we may offer an optional voluntary tip link to buyers who found the service helpful. Any tip is entirely optional, separate from any ticket transaction, and does not affect our free matching service.
If something goes wrong between a buyer and a seller — for example, a ticket is not delivered, is invalid, or payment is not made — that dispute is between you and the other person directly. We are not obliged to intervene, mediate, or refund on your behalf.
We may, at our discretion, try to help resolve a dispute by messaging both parties, but we cannot force either side to pay, deliver tickets, or issue refunds. Please see our Refund Policy for more detail.
You must not:
We may stop providing the service to anyone who breaches these rules.
Listings are capped at face value. We may remove or decline listings that appear inaccurate, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms. We do not guarantee that any listing will result in a sale.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Brockit Tickets is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: failed transactions between users, invalid or undelivered tickets, financial loss from direct payments, or event cancellation.
Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to £100, except where UK law does not allow us to limit liability (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute with us shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
