Refund Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Brockit Tickets is a free introduction service. We do not take payments for tickets and we cannot issue refunds for ticket sales. All payments for tickets are made directly between buyers and sellers.

1. We do not process ticket payments

Brockit Tickets does not charge for listing, buying, or selling tickets. We do not hold money in escrow, process card payments, or act as a payment intermediary for ticket transactions.

Once a buyer and seller agree a price, we share contact details so they can arrange payment and ticket delivery directly. Any money paid for tickets goes from the buyer to the seller — not through us.

Because we never receive ticket money, we cannot refund it.

2. Disputes are between buyers and sellers

If something goes wrong with a ticket sale, the dispute is between the buyer and the seller. Common examples include:

In all of these cases, you should contact the other person directly to try to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for resolving payment disputes or issuing refunds on either party's behalf.

3. How we may be able to help

While we cannot refund ticket money, we may — at our discretion — try to assist by messaging both parties. For example, we might remind a seller to send tickets or ask a buyer to confirm payment was made.

This is informal help only. We cannot force either party to pay, deliver tickets, or refund money. We are not a mediator, arbitrator, or ombudsman.

4. Tips and voluntary payments to us

From time to time we may offer buyers an optional voluntary tip link if they found the service helpful. Any tip is entirely optional, separate from any ticket transaction, and non-refundable once made — in the same way as any voluntary donation or gratuity.

If you believe a tip was charged in error (for example, a duplicate payment), contact us at ben@textbrock.com and we will look into it.

5. Protecting yourself

Because payments are made directly between users, we recommend:

We share contact details in good faith but cannot verify every user's identity or guarantee every transaction will succeed.

6. Event cancellation

If an event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed, any refund of ticket money is a matter between the buyer, the seller, and the original ticket issuer. Brockit Tickets is not involved in event refunds, and we cannot obtain one on your behalf.

7. Reporting problems

If you experience fraud or believe someone is using our service dishonestly, please tell us at ben@textbrock.com or by message. We may remove users who abuse the service, but we cannot recover money on your behalf.
